5. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small files that your browser generates automatically and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses, trojans or other malware.

Information is stored in the cookie that is associated with the specific device used. However, this does not mean that we obtain direct knowledge of your identity as a result.

On the one hand, the use of cookies helps to make the use of our service more pleasant for you. We use so-called session cookies to detect that you have previously visited individual pages on our website. These will be automatically deleted once you leave our website.

We also use temporary cookies to optimise user-friendliness. These are stored on your device for a specific predetermined period of time. If you visit our website again to make use of our services, the website automatically detects that you have visited us in the past, which information you entered and which settings you chose, so that you will not have to enter these again.

On the other hand, we use cookies in order to record statistics regarding the use of our website and analyse them in order to optimise our services for you (see Clause 4). When you visit our website again, these cookies enable us to automatically detect that you have visited us before. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can change your browser settings so that no cookies will be stored on your computer or that a warning will always appear before a new cookie is stored. However, if you completely deactivate cookies, you may not be able to use all the features of our website.

6. Transfer of data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than the purposes listed in the following.

I will only transfer your personal data to third parties if:

  • You have given your express consent to this according to Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR,
  • This transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have a prevailing legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data according to Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR,
  • If there is a legal obligation to carry out the transfer according to Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR, or
  • If this is legally permitted and required in order to handle the contractual relationship with you pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.

  • Pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to obtain the restriction of processing concerning your personal data, insofar as you contest the accuracy of the personal data, the processing is unlawful but you oppose the erasure of the personal data and I no longer require the data, but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or if you have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR;
  • Pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data which you have provided to me, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another controller;
